Oversaw and managed all office set up procedures and administrative staff as well as assisting the Vice President with all initial projects from groundbreaking to completion (i.e., permitting, contracting of subcontractors, subcontractor payments and waivers, insurance, OSHA safety requirements, warranties and warranty maintenance). The Build-to-Suit Division’s main focus of development was free-standing Eckerd Drug stores in the southeastern United States and Puerto Rico. After six months I moved to the Development Department to assist the Director of Development on the BayWalk project being built in downtown St. Petersburg, as well as to assist the Project Manager of the Centro Ybor project that was under construction in Ybor City. Both projects were completed in November 2000.
Began working with Chuck Davis while he was actively involved as Chairman with Davis Baldwin Insurance. I handled his personal business, i.e., business calendar, various checking accounts, personal banking, flight scheduling of his personal plane, payroll/banking account of his yacht and captain, travel arrangements for him and his family, IRS taxes on small companies, etc. In February 1999 we moved together to his spin-off company, AdvanTech Solutions, where he held the position of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. My duties then included providing administrative support to newly hired executives and staff, as well as initiating new office set up procedures

As Manager, I oversaw performance reviews, balanced workloads, tracked sales staff, and improved the organization of Sales procedures.
