As the leader of Tenet's corporate financial reporting department, I managed financial systems, performance measurement, consolidated internal/external financial reporting for 1,000+ entities, budgeting, audit coordination, and financial analysis. To meet our goals, I hired, developed and led a high-performing team.Signature Achievement: I was selected to serve a key role on multiple corporate committees tasked with planning and leading the post-merger integration of newly acquired large healthcare systems into our existing organization. These included Ornda Healthcorp and Allegheny Health, Education & Research Foundation. In this role I personally directed the migration of financial, budget, and audit functions for a major acquisition of a company with over 50 hospitals.Other Key Achievements:• Spearheaded conversion of financial consolidation system to Hyperion within deadline.
