-Support the Sales teams to drive sales through SFDC reporting, attend weekly, quarterly, and bi-annual team meetings, and communicate and coordinate with VP+ executives to assist with sales goals and strategy for both the quarter and year-Negotiate and manage hotel/event space contracts, track costs in order to stay within budget, communicate logistics to attendees, prepare all materials for presenters and attendees and provide on-site support to ensure all executive meetings and events run smoothly. This includes working with cross-functional teams as well as assisting with Field Marketing events-Partner with VP+ executives to ensure all tasks and projects are covered as needed. Tasks include preparing documents and presentations for meetings, arranging both domestic and international travel (Flights, hotels, entertainment, etc.), managing multiple calendars, submitting expense reports and reconciling any discrepancies, and other tasks as assigned-Plan a variety of volunteer events co-leading Giving and Doing for Workday Minneapolis with different organizations throughout the Twin Cities, communicate to Workmates of upcoming opportunities, and drive commitment within the office to ensure all events are filled
