Management support of 1.3 million square feet of Class A office in a campus environment, accompanied by 90,000 square feet of retail and a population of 3,400.Administrative responsibilities include supervision of administrative staff and oversight of typical office responsibilities (call management, work order dispatch, record maintenance and supply maintenance), administration of annual customer surveys (CEL, Kingsley)Point of contact and coordination of all new tenant move in and move out; including tenant welcome, lease abstracts and preparation of commencement lettersBudget responsibilities include assisting in major service RFP’s and 5-year capital planningAdministration of delinquency procedures when necessary, while striving for 95%+ rent collection rate from 90+ tenantsAdministration of vendor service contracts, including monthly inspections and daily communicationConstruction management; including bid comparisons, awarding jobs, tracking job-related expenses, general project oversight, punch list, and TDLR recordManage tenant relations for the facility including donations to non-profit entities and monthly food truck festival; responsible for all social media outputAct as liaison between engineering department and tenant contacts, insuring customer satisfaction with all requestsMaintenance of all insurance requirements for tenants and vendors (100% compliance)Maintenance and administration of high rise fire safety program, including coordination of annual fire drills and tenant fire warden maintenanceTeam support including coordination of regular team events and primary point of contact
