Daily contact via mail and phone with our clients, try to give them the best support they could wish for. Since I'm am a member of the Dutch team, we mainly use the three most common used languages, Dutch, English, French.I'm training new people and supporting my colleagues. Also I like to focus on bigger projects and Key-accounts. I'm pro-active to learn about new solutions and payments. I love to communicate with other departments, so we stay aligned for the merchant.

Administration / logistics. I temporarily replaced someone in the administration department. My daily tasks were receiving orders by phone and mail, booking this in stock, sending the order, make sure the invoices were correct. At the end of the month, there was a stockchecking and accounting. Answering the phone in the three most commonly used languages (Dutch, English, French). It was an allround job where I earned a lot of new experiences.

I was member of a big team which handled the administration for our insurances. We offer insurances for big companies. This is BOAR, which are technical risks. (Electronic devices, machinery Breakdown, All risk-constructions). I took care of my own wallet, making changes, new offers, answering questions by phone, mail, letters. It was a great experience and a wonderfull opportunity to learn the world of insurances.

I started working here while studying, because I wanted to earn some money but also experience some of the real life. It is an allround job and we took care of our customers. During events we helped at the bar.We give mostly information to tourists and locals, sell products from around in the shop and serve clients in the bar.This was a very nice experience and I enjoyed working here.

I started with Plantyn after I graduaded from HighSchool. It was a very nice company with friendly people. I have done administration and research, but the most important thing was a big project I had never done before. It was a great opportunity!

At Telenet I was a contact center advisor for atv/ iDTV. This contained mostly answering questions by phone, advising our clients, try to sell our products.

This job originally started as an internship in my second year online journalism. I had the opportunity to work with the editors for the magazine Industrie Technisch Management. This is a monthly magazine, which needed a website. After this website was created, up to date and running, we also made websites for the other magazines in the group. We also made a weekly newsletter. It started as an internship, but after I got the opportunity to work half time with those professional editors. It was a great experience!
