I am a Board Certified Emergency Physician with primary expertise and American Board of Emergency Medicine Subspecialty Certification in Emergency Medical Services. I have had the valuable and rare experience of serving as a full-time EMS Medical Director for nearly ten years with Pinellas County EMS, a large Public Utility Model System incorporating approximately 1700 clinical personnel. I have been active with many initiatives at regional, state and national levels in the areas of EMS, trauma care, air medical transport, and education.My current goal is to utilize my experience and expertise to continue to provide services and consultation in these areas as well as to explore opportunities to create new and unique mutually beneficial linkages between EMS and patients with special needs, patient advocacy groups, manufacturers, and other product and service providers.
