I served as the Program Manager of the official Mentoring Program at NASA HQ, eMerge! Initially I interviewed all pilot program participants to assess the program for its impact on the NASA civil servants. Upon completion, I drafted my recommendations, which were implemented and one primary goal was to have the program extended to 9-months from 6-months. This provided the Program to more efficiently operate within the high demand of the staff in their typical work-day. Additionally, I supported the team lead on the competitive leadership programs in ensuring that they were marketed and that briefing sessions were scheduled accordingly. Lastly, I had the pleasure to work with the leadership development guru of the office in two 5-day supervisory management courses that teaches supervisors how to manage strategically.

Building relationships that promoted the development of Civility Management Solutions, a SDVOSB, WOSB firm that will become HubZone and 8a in the coming future.

Contractual position as an onsite project manager overseeing an administrative contract between Aspen of DC and the Department of Transportation, Federal Railroad Administration. Served in a capacity to work in the office to inject change and direction for a positive outcome of the contract. Once this was accomplished, I was then introduced into my role as the onsite Project Manager openly to the staff and the civil servants. Even though I no longer market, I am, and will always be a faithful customer for my supplements, bath and body, cleaning and beauty products.

Including, supervision and training of maintenance management personnel, monitoring maintenance management programs, policies, and procedures, overseeing library, and analyzing maintenance and maintenance management functional areas to ensure effective management of equipment, maintenance, and materiel.As a reservist from 1989 - 1992, I served at the Platoon Sergeant as I mentored reservists in the realities of being a Marine. This became extremely beneficial as we prepared for the 72 hour call of going to Desert Storm.
