As the President & CEO of Civility Management Solutions (CivilityMS), I lead a team of Subject Matter Experts in providing professional and technical services focused on innovative and cost-competitive solutions in both the government and corporate sector. With over 35+ years of experience in leadership positions, I have become a successful serial entrepreneur. Currently CivilityMS offers Program/Project, Finance and Grants Management; Acquisition and Administrative Support; Professional Development Training and Conference/Logistics Support.I am passionate about supporting our clients with quality and integrity, as well as empowering our employees with opportunities and growth. As a Service Disabled Veteran and a Woman Owned Small Business, I have certified CivilityMS as an 8(a) by the SBA, and we help support government programs in the small business community. I am also an advocate of Women and Military Veterans, and serve as the chair of Women Veteran Business Coalition (WVBC); a member on VET-Force, WIPP (Women Impacting Public Policy) and Small Business Association of International Companies (SBAIC).
