Created and developed the WingHouse (in-house) advertising agency. Worked with the franchise team to write, develop and execute the marketing plan for potential franchise owners. Created and developed a system for access to a cloud-based marketing and advertising library to be used by future franchisees. Managed and executed: all media buys, vendor selection, marketing materials, the annual swimsuit calendar and photoshoot, merchandise design and price point, local marketing events, PR, local market sales training and more.
