Joined as an events manager and DJ working across various locations including Paris, Monte Carlo, Venice, St Moritz, Azerbaijan, Bahamas and Barbados. Acted as account manager, selling in concepts with presentations, sending proposal costs, communicating regularly, working closely with caterers on tastings and ensured everything was executed as per the client's chosen items and budgets by generating contracts and payment schedules.Sourced and negotiated venues, catering, decor, production, set, entertainment, photographers, videographers, transportation and infrastructure as required. Liaised with suppliers, issued contracts, worked on guest lists, informed of set finishes and ensured all teams were informed of location, timings, restrictions or local disruptions.Booked high profile artists, contracted details with agents and liaised with tour managers on riders, ground and air transportation.Managed on site event communications from meeting suppliers, floor plan changes, advised on back of house areas, talked through time plans with show managers, set out event collateral, ran event according to time plan taking into account changes across production, kitchen and entertainment, acted as point of contact throughout set up, event and de-rig.Invoiced pro forma, deposit & final invoices while liaising with accounts & making final bill adjustments.Additional activity included social media and management of the website.

Worked all over the UK started as a trolley boy in Watford, and opened up the Birmingham warehouse in 2002, later transferring to Lutterworth to work in the only UK depot responsible for 400,000 sq ft of warehouse and 150 staff, managing a daily intake and shipping of £2 million of stock across 15 locations, and then finally transferring to Milton Keynes to open their 17th UK location.
