• Led Zenit 3SL failure investigation of Boeing hardware after vehicle loss valued in excess of $250M+. Fourteen person team identified risk reduction measures resulting from failure effort that was subsequently.
• Led the Boeing Design Certification Review effort for Boeing’s portion of the Sea Launch program involving 20 people
• Developed Zenit launch vehicle fairing/payload/payload support structure assembly, mating and operational requirements implemented by 10 ground support equipment and fairing engineers
• Saved the Space Station program $10M by persuading Boeing and NASA program management to adopt an innovative payload vibration isolation system as a baseline, rather than causing redesign of sub-contractor hardware..
