Provided legacy system information for, consulted for and reviewed TFM-M proposal sections • • Led multi-company effort to develop inter-operability, noise and air pollution standards for the next generation Air Traffic Control System

• Provided service to general public to send personal payloads to space (60 nautical miles) heretofore unavailable, imbued payloads with added value, uniqueness

• Led Zenit 3SL failure investigation of Boeing hardware after vehicle loss valued in excess of $250M+. Fourteen person team identified risk reduction measures resulting from failure effort that was subsequently implemented • Led the Boeing Design Certification Review effort for Boeing’s portion of the Sea Launch program involving 20 people• Developed Zenit launch vehicle fairing/payload/payload support structure assembly, mating and operational requirements implemented by 10 ground support equipment and fairing engineers• Saved the Space Station program $10M by persuading Boeing and NASA program management to adopt an innovative payload vibration isolation system as a baseline, rather than causing redesign of sub-contractor hardware. Responsible for developing the performance, cost and schedule impacts of all options • Lead engineer managing the 11 person team that developed design and verification requirements for 13 space environments used by 35-40 Boeing and subcontract design engineers
