I recently finished my duties as the head organizer of Contact -recruitment fair 2015. This previous appointment has allowed me to develop strategic skills how to plan and execute B2B marketing and sales. Furthermore, I learned how to organize a marketing campaign for students and how to take care of the budgeting and financing of a large sized event. In this particular project I was leading a team which consisted of 17 members. For all the administration procedures I used Excel, Google Drive, Analytics, Facebook and Twitter intensively. Previously I have been a summer trainee at Fortum for more than two summers now in the Customer Interactions and Sales –department. I handled Fortum’s private customer’s errands via phone and e-mail. The job included selling electrical products and contracts, handling billing issues and managing customer portfolio. Working languages were in Finnish and English. I have learned a great deal during my stay at Fortum especially in the area of sales and customer interaction.
