I am a very experienced technical manager in various different roles, mostly working as an intermediary between tech team and customer/business needs. My work history consists of many different managerial positions within broadcast media industry, main focus being on web productions and content management. For several years I was responsible for one of the largest Finnish web sites, mtv.fi - leading the tech team and having ownership of CMS and delivery setup. During 2018/2019 I was working at Finnair as an IT Product Owner, being responsible for CoreMedia CMS and a handful of other web publishing tools from analytics to delivery. At the moment I work for Sanoma Learning (Sanoma Pro) as a local product manager for content management system, making sure that content creators and editors can express their needs in educational material that students and teachers use daily to learn.As a middle-man and jack-of-all-trades I am very flexible with fitting in new situations, and learning quickly what to do and how. I have a lot of experience with running projects, leading teams, owning and taking care of products, and generally making things happen - in work life and through various organizations. I prefer agile working methods over traditional waterfall project deliveries.
