I am leading the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team at SoSafe, reporting directly to the CFO. SoSafe is a fast growing cyber security scale-up. The name of the game is to prepare the company for future growth by making it more scalable from a finance and operations perspective. In practice this means tons of cross-functional work with the Accounting & Payroll, Revenue Operations, HR and Talent Acquisition. We also work closely with the senior management when it comes to financial planning and budgeting or preparing reporting provided for the board of directors, investors and management.Before joining SoSafe, I recently built and scaled a Revenue Operations team at Smartly from a one person show to a team of seven supporting the whole commercial organization of around 300 people. My expertise ranges from financial planning to go-to-market strategy and commercial operations. I have built my professional background within Sales and Revenue Operations, Strategy, FP&A and M&A. Operational excellence and optimization towards profitable and controlled growth is what gets me excited. I am always driving cross-functional collaboration between all go-to-market teams including Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Services and key supporting functions such as HR/TA, FP&A and other Finance.
