I embarked on my maritime journey in 1996 when I enrolled at the Estonian Maritime Academy Vacational School. Over the years I hooned my seamanship skills throu interships as a deckhand and ordinary seaman on various vessels, including fissing vessel, general cargo ship, heavy lift cargo vessel, high speed craft vessel and ro-ro passanger vessels.in addition to my civilian maritime career, I proudly served in the Estonian Navy from 2003-2004 on a minesweeper "Vaindlo" This invaluable experience enriched my seafaring skills and gave me a strong sence of discipline and teamwork. In 2006 I proudly graduated from the Estonian Maritime Academy and began my career as a dedicated deck officer on ro-ro passanger vessels (m/v "Vana Tallinn" and m/v "Kapella") untill 2009. Then I transitioned to a shore based career and started from ship agent, ensuring the smooth operation of all type of vessels in Estonian ports. Subsequently, I took the role of an operational manager in a company Hansa Shipping AS, dedicating appoximately 6 years to optimizing vessel logisitcs and enhancing operational efficiency. It led me to the position of chartering broker, where I specialaized in dry solid bulk cargo vessels ranging from 3500 to 11000 DWT. During about 6 years in this role, I negotiated and managed charterer agreements, contributing to the growth and succsess of the company.With a passion for the sea, I am eager to continue contributing to the maritime industrys success.
