Supported business and consumer annual sales recognition programs. Responsible for teams of 45-150 employees.

Responsible for sales commission plans for all sales employees in the wireless sales channels until January 2004. Following reorganization, assumed responsibility for sales commissions plans for employees in the consumer channels and added responsibility for general business sales commissions plans in July 2007. Compensation and incentives Sprint team lead on the consumer channel Sprint-Nextel merger integration team from April-September 2006. Worked through systems, commissions plan and recognition program integration for Sprint and Nextel consumer sales employees. Responsible for designing, implementing, providing training and managing sales commission plans for over 12,000 employees in the retail, indirect and business sales channels until April 2009, at which time moved to support of the business sales channel exclusively. Supported all sales commissions plans and incentives and recognition programs for the Business Management Group at Sprint. In 2012, assumed responsibility for all Sprint sales commissions employees worldwide, including telesales.

Drafted, implemented, provided training and managed sales commission plans as well as incentive and recognition programs for employees from the business, retail and indirect wireless sales channels. Supervised team of five employees.

Provided legal advice to Company in the areas of employment law and litigation. Investigated internal complaints, responded to EEOC and state agency charges, advised Company on restructuring issues, reviewed and advised on commission plans, analyzed wage claims and supervised litigation, including several class action lawsuits.
