As an Early Literacy Specialist at North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, I collaborate with educators and stakeholders to design and implement effective literacy programs and practices across the state. I leverage my instructional facilitation skills and my Master's degree in School Administration to mentor and lead teams, foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, and deliver high-quality work.I am also pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction at Liberty University, where I am expanding my knowledge and skills in curriculum development, research, and evaluation.
