Current• Reference services, including reader’s advisory – using databases, microfilm, and online resources• Programming – 20 one-off or short series programs for Teens and Adults primarily relating to home archiving, genealogy resources, and local author talks; also recurring Teen Anime Club, Teen Advisory Board, and Teen Dungeons & Dragons• Collection Management work – newspaper and yearbook digitization, microfilm replacement project, yearbook inventory, Local History digital collection/digital archive projects, equipment evaluation and purchase recommendation, evaluation of materials for weeding and repurchasing• Supervisory work – opening and closing the building, enforcing Code of Conduct, acting as designated supervisor-in-charge during evenings and weekends, guiding interns and volunteers• Technology help – one-on-one services using the National Digital Inclusion Alliance’s Digital Navigators model and technology classes on different subjects• Staff trainer for Mental Health First Aid, CARL ILS implementation, and Intellectual Freedom initiative• Community work – outreach programs in senior living facilities and event tabling• Wrote 8 blog posts for archived section of library website• Indiana Notary• Member of the staff Social Committee in 2022.
