Managed the development staff responsible all internally developed systems, as well as the public facing websites for a large health-care clinic - providing training, development, project management, business objectives, RFP criteria, security requirements, budget proposal and management, hardware and software purchasing, and company focus. Environment consisted of 85 employees, approximately 100 desktop and laptop computers, plus numerous mobile devices (iPads, BYOD). Developed solutions and provided support for all aspects of the operation: patient management, billing, financial reporting, and employee management (including a time sheet system).Developed a company Intranet website from the ground using PHP, HTML, JavaScript and MySQL. Built a ticket and defect tracking system for management of all I.T. processes, with automatic ticket creation for programming or related defects, notification system and time tracking. Created over dozens of applications, including building a custom PHP framework, utilizing connections to many different data sources (MySQL, SQL Server, Informix, InterSystems Caché, file based). Developed many different supporting applications and services in C# .NET, including writing a barcode scanning process application. Developed, deployed and maintained 2 iterations of PRIDE’s public website – the first in custom PHP code (now at http://research.pridedallas.com, currently being redesigned for our research material only) and the new site in WordPress (http://pridedallas.com).Achieved a high level of proficiency with object-oriented programming, experienced at leading efficient PHP development within a team, strong web-server management skills (Apache / IIS), and skilled at implementing unit testing and continuous integration (Jenkins CI).

Provided telephone, email and hands-on second-level technical support (24X7) for 200 users locally and 600 users remotely in a Windows 98/NT4.0/2000/XP environment. Managed over 300 desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and servers via remote administration tools (DameWare, Remote Desktop, PCAnywhere, Terminal Clients, SMS) and desktop administration via scripting (Kix, DOS Batch Script, AutoIt.) Developed a computer inventory management system in Microsoft Access.

Provided on-site technical support to 100 users in a Windows 98 desktop and Windows 2000 server environment. Created database tools to assist the auditors, using Microsoft Access 2000.
