Professional Services Consultant: February 2006 – May 2017As a Professional Services consultant, my activities are: plan, customize and deploy software products from NCR's global portfolio; Develop and support the company framework EDGE Java; Develop and support local software solutions; Support projects in progress; Perform technical presentations of the company's products to potential clients, Assisting the pre-sales team and providing training in the solutions implemented.Main achievements:• Member and Technical Leader of the Global Center of Expertise e for the NCR APTRA Edge Java Framework. Responsible for the development, maintenance and roadmap.• Planning, development and support of transactions and infrastructure of the HSBC Brazil ATM application from 2007 to 2016. Solution developed in Java and executed in more than 5,000 equipment, with 24x7 availability, from two different suppliers.• Planning, implementation, development and support of WEB ATM infrastructure of HSBC Brazil ATMs. The project enabled the display of web content, using the existing Internet Banking infrastructure, formatted for the needs of the self-service channel.• Customization and implementation of remote and secure file (journal) transfer from ATMs in customers HSBC Brazil and BCP (Banco de Credito del Peru).• Technical Leader and consultant for the customization of Windows 7 Pro operating system installation media project to support HSBC ATMs globally.
