As the Real Estate Practice Leader at SAHOURI Insurance, I focus on commercial real estate including residential & commercial condominiums/cooperatives/HOAs, developers, investors, etc. In a nutshell, I manage a team of five to respond to daily service requests, provide risk management consultation and lead new business/renewal marketing and negotiations. As a result, I have pursued and earned a number of industry-specific certifications such as: the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM) and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). I am also a CAI Educated Business Partner since 2016.To truly ‘go above and beyond,’ I stay pro-active to ensure that I am making the most of my knowledge and expertise. I frequently lead “lunch & learn” presentations for clients and colleagues addressing contemporary real estate subjects. When time permits, I write industry-related articles for Quorum Magazine.
