Partner with the President and Chairman in the development and implementation of strategic plans for the organization's initiatives including member development, fundraising, and building relationships with donors, staff, volunteers, and membership.

Business Development responsibilities include strategic planning for business development, Event and conference planning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and administration. Responsible for the implementation of all contracts, meetings, conventions, and event planning, as well as training-related contracts. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating all activities of staff, or clients to make arrangements for group meetings, events, or conventions. Direct all training activities including curriculum development, trainer recruitment and supervision, contract administration, and training evaluations.

Business Development responsibilities include strategic planning for business development, Event and conference planning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and administration.

Serve as the Summer Food Breakspot Director for the Florida Department of Agriculture Summer Food Program. Developed and designed an award-winning summer food program to provide food to children during summer months in underserved and underrepresented minority communities in Tallahassee. I was awarded the “2016 Champions of Hope Award” by the Governor's Office, for the outstanding program design and implementation for feeding youth in the state.

Supports the vision, mission, and core values of the church. Has the primary responsibility to represent the church and the Senior Pastor to the community at large. Plans, organizes, and manages events. Manages funds and works with the church accountant to maintain a proper cash flow, works with the church’s Senior Pastor to develop the church’s $1.5 million dollar financial budget, and oversees the church’s purchases. Responsible for all contract administration and compliance for the CDC. Has the fiscal oversight of the CDC’s operations, including contract compliance with contracting agencies and vendors. Coordinates all new construction of housing, conducted by the CDC.

Responsible for assisting in the college’s local community outreach efforts to increase awareness of Keiser College and to further the college’s overall goals and objectives. These efforts include, but were not limited to: motivational seminars for high school seniors, developing partnership programs with school and other community groups, assisting in the coordination of community events, identifying and developing story ideas for use in press releases and campus newsletters, and representing Keiser at local events and professional associations.

Served as the internal government advocate for small and minority businesses for state government procurement opportunities.Additional responsibilities included lobbying the Florida Legislature on behalf of small and minority businesses, promulgating rules for state agencies regarding minority business purchasing, investigating complaints from small and minority businesses and teaching these businesses the techniques of business development with the State of Florida.
