Brought in to develop Global’s brand strategy as a new, publicly-traded company, created from the acquisition of six HR/staffing organizations. Developed marketing communications for 35 offices and managed marketing and advertising execution across multiple vertical markets. Successfully established the vision and strategies necessary to grow a $200 million HR consulting firm. Reports to COO & CFO.

Helped a relatively small company grow from $43.8 million in 1997 to a run rate of $260 million in 2005. Helped the company expand from 17 local California offices to nearly 100 offices across 20 states in eight years.Established department quality control standards to reinforce the company’s “high-quality” brand positioning strategy and improve marketing’s relationship with the field (sales and service).Provided overall creative direction and developed marketing strategies to support sales goals across 100 branch offices in 20 states.Developed marketing communications, in both print and electronic format, targeted to business and consumer segments (included direct mail campaigns, newsletters, proposals, press releases, presentations, brochures, letters, promotions, banners, display booths, etc.)
