I have a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. These skills are in supply chain management: both in the digitized supply chain (managing physical deliveries), and in the digital supply chain - managing deliveries of digital services and solutions. Digital deliveries consist of more than simply "moving/copying files from one place to another", and this is where I come in: my skill-set will help you provide digital solutions to your customer.I consider myself to be an experienced logistics professional with competence to understand complex technical and business solutions. I specialize in project management: leading virtual and globally distributed teams, in the field of digital product, solution and service deliveries. I have successfully been responsible for establishing delivery capability for several types of products/programs; from products of in-house production to solutions of complex OEM SW/HW configurations. My time management skills are above par, as I have a clear understanding on what needs to be done and when. My goal-oriented mindset helps me understand the overall big picture, not forgetting my attention to detail. Simply put - I deliver.My work is in a global environment, leading virtual, geographically and organizationally distributed counterparts. I am able to communicate in a clear, well-structured format getting my ideas and message across, also being able to understand the needs and viewpoints of others. At work, I am always professional, with my work ethic being complemented (for example with the NSW President Award) and my I am always interested in broadening my competence portfolio: as shown in my B.Sc., B.Eng., and M.Eng. degrees in Logistics, and MBA degree in Sport Business Management. In addition, I am also a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified project manager. I am also heavily involved in sports as a coach in the Finnish Elite League with the Classic women's floorball team as part of the coaching team.
