Appointed Head of Operations when Anavo Energy Trading was established as an independent company in November 2021. Growing the team from 2 people to 14 people, involved in recruiting and building the organisation of IT, data science and business development ressources. Managed the data science and overall business development, whereas we implemented software and developed algos for automatic DA and ID trading in the French market.- Lead responsible ensuring alignment between IT backend, quant analytics and frontoffice.- Business development focusing on continuous improvement in current revenue streams and scalling to new business areas.- Managing the data science team- Managing the development of fully automated trading in DK and FR - Building and coding machine learning trading models and algorithmic decision making models - Managing market, credit and collateral risk

Before Anavo Energy Trading was established as a company, I was Project Lead on building the foundation for algorithmic power trading in DK1 & DK2. The project was part-time until Anavo Energy Trading was established as a company in October 2021.
