Responsible for the command's Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century (AFSO21) strategic plan, to include analyzing performance metrics and quality indicators for trends to identify areas for improvement, determining event requirements, and prioritizing event sequences. Acted as the central focal point for data collection, analysis, and dissemination of over 300 process improvement efforts in preparation for command inspection. Developed and conducted over 100 training sessions on Lean Six Sigma concepts for audiences ranging from senior management to entry level employees.

Team lead for NMCI class desk, responsible for coordination and execution of NETWARCOM roles and responsibilities in Incident, Event, Problem, and Change Management processes. Team lead for Lean Six Sigma project that dramatically improved Defense Satellite Communications System (DSCS) circuit availability in the Second Fleet Area of Operations by creating updated communications reports templates and detailed troubleshooting flowcharts.
