Hi, I'm Lauryn an undergrad at NLU. I am seeking my BA in Business Administration and moving on to my MBA next summer ! I have graduated from Triton College with an Associate in Arts and Science. I am a seasoned and versatile leader with expertise in strategic planning,  financial assistant, community and leadership topics for developing children and non-profit . I have a wide range of industry expertise, including being manager , small business, education, nonprofit, financial services, health care and food service. I am passionate about addressing systemic inequities in schools and small business. Especially when it comes to youth development to drive change in minorities and their community. The specialties that I display is Leadership, Financial Management, Business Planning, Social Media, Website Management and Budgeting and Reporting. As a child care worker and advocate it is my duty to provide information to parents, other child care providers, employers, educators, and community groups. As I participates in many community activities and special projects in order to disseminate information on the State's licensing role. Provide information to the public and parents on child care licensing. As being a Non-Profit Business Planner it is my duty to plan a non-profit business plan which is to simply present  a roadmap of the non-profit organization that outlines its goals and objectives, how it can achieve its stated purpose or proposal that provides a brief overview of the document and contains its main points. In other words, it is a condensed version of a complete business plan or proposal.
