- In charge of managing and budgeting up to 10 elevator installation projects at a time, averaging $50,000 in revenue each- Direct a team of 10-15 elevator technicians for each project- Responsible for engineering and designing 150+ elevators and lifts for major international airports, hospitals, universities, condominiums, restaurants, schools, shopping centers, and private residences throughout Buenos Aires province- Liaise with architects, engineers and foremen to integrate project design, development and timeline objectives- Provide in-depth technical assistance to high-profile clients

-Deliver materials to project sites and assess project progress-Work with directors to provide logistical and mechanical guidance to elevator technicians and contracted employees

- Teach English as a second language to adults 1-2 times per month- Create lesson plans, provide feedback and evaluation to prepare students for Cambridge Exams, IELTS and TOEFL exams- Assist students with additional needs or tutoring as needed

-Collect and record payments from project managers-Contact and follow-up with clients to collect payments-Update company database to reflect current project status and yearly company budget as a whole
