I’m a part of a UX Design Team for a global cosmetic company present in more than 150 countries with thousands of daily users. My responsibilities include the E2E life cycle for several digital tools in an agile context, developing interface solutions with a strong data-driven design approach.Past discoveries have been focused on:- Onboardings- Sign-ups- Gamified experiences- Mergers from sales management features between 2 digital products- Benefit and incentive programsMy role as a designer finds me in a versatile and changing position, sometimes as a lead as well as a supporting role for the team. I have directly collaborated with different UX Research processes and most of my work undergoes these validation phases and final adjustments before the handoff.
