In my current role of Transformation Manager experience includes:• Consultation to client on business process: Understanding in-depth manufacturing process by visiting client's production facilities as each aspect of production needs to be mapped into ERP and consulting them on inventory storage & retrieval area as it is the key component w.r.t the ERP Inventory module.• Solution Fitment Analysis for TCS- iON: Based on the information collected from production facilities the production process is mapped into the TCS iON system. The direct mapping and workarounds are provided to client. Taking Sign-offs on the solution fitment.• Understanding the Existing ERP system of Client.• Training End-users on the solution: Module-wise training to end users, as a trainer I provide training sessions of Production, Sales, Purchase, Inventory on Manufacturing-Production Domain and Accounts receivable, Accounts payable & General Ledger modules in Finance and Accounting domain.• Master Data collection, Validation and Upload. Testing different Business Scenarios with actual data. Identifying, Analyzing and Configuring Management Information Systems (MIS), Out Bond Documents (OBD) and Dashboards.• Preparing list of Go-Live Activity.• Post Go-Live support to client along with user adoption tracking.• Addressed and resolved customer escalations or issues to ensure satisfaction of service provided. Fostered customer trust by addressing concerns and needs using targeted problem solving.• Pre-Sale meetings and solution demo to clients. Taking Monthly governance meeting withClient to discuss Implementation progress and status.
