Holding management titles in all aspects of my work history. In my professional career I enjoy coming into situations and being able to solve concerns with people, finance, and overall problems solving to enhance the business and make process and procedure flow through the manufacturing facilities. I have demonstrated success in increased revenue streams through reducing waste and changing old processes and procedures to ease flow. I constantly look for ways to reduce costs and achieve optimum output. I also believe training is key to employees’ performance at helping them achieve the highest level possible.
