Communicate with 50+ employees, contractors and visitors and provide exceptional customer service.Ensure compliance with Canada Post standards by managing access control at {20+} facility access points (i.e.Genetec Security Desk, C3 Hub).Ensure efficient incident resolution by corresponding with {7+} management teams via email, phone, and MS Teams.Create service requests in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system(i.e. Corrigo) as per client request.

Oversee the quality programs for Cannabis and verify that products meet regulatory and company requirements. Ensure regulatory guidelines, corporate standards, and industry best practices to perform quality procedures in areas such as packaging requirements, laboratory testing documentation review, product inspection, investigations, recalls, and new product launch inspections.Forming strong partnerships with Licensed Producers (LPs) and provide support and guidance in the areas of Quality Investigation, Vendor Compliance, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Inspections. Additionally, ensure the in-coming products meet their established standards and regulations of quality.
