* Perform requirement specifications analysis, impact analysis and prepare the design document. * Setup the TIBCO MFT environment by installing and configuring MFT Platform server, Command Centre & Internet Server, TIBCO BW, TIBCO TRA, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO Hawk, TIBCO Formvine and TIBCO Adapters in development and production environments on Windows server.* Configured TIBCO domains using Domain Utility to facilitate the demand of the Applications.* Created new file transfer definitions and .bat files in TIBCO MFT environment.* Worked on Http, SOAP, WSDL, JMS, JDBC, SSL certificates and LDAP.* Worked with TIBCO MFT, TIBCO EMS and TIBCO BW in Fault Tolerant and Load balanced architecture. * Developed end to end automation process in TIBCO BW to create new file transfer configurations in MFT and creation of Remedy tickets on success/failure scenario by integrating TIBCO Formvine, TIBCO MFT and Remedy (using TIBCO Remedy Adapter).* Developed the message flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to specify business logic of the work flow model, design documents and release note using Visio.* Performed Unit, System and Integration testing of the developed TIBCO BW processes and file transfers.* Build and deployed EAR files using TIBCO Designer, Administrator.* Experience in system and domain monitoring and management using TIBCO Hawk and TIBCO Administration.* Worked extensively in incident and problem management, supporting production environment stability which includes platform monitoring, performance management, platform upgrades and patching.* Migrated TIBCO BW automation process for ticketing system from Remedy to ServiceNow by integrating TIBCO MFT and ServiceNow.* Lead the team to achieve the goals by effectively delegating task, provide training and guidance and closely monitor their progress.* Involved in reporting, scope management, risk management, issue management, planning and discussions with higher management and clients.
