Roles and Responsibilities:• Gathering information from a variety of sources (policies, claims, sites, etc.), summarizing data on spreadsheets or other reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations based on research and analysis.• Cleaning and scrubbing medical record data and claims data to ensure they can be used in our data pipelines.• Designing and maintaining data systems and databases; this includes fixing coding errors and other data-related problems.• Generating, evaluating, and analyzing data and reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.• Assessing patient's health insurance coverage and claims to allocate resources appropriately.• Develop a trend forecasting framework to identify the trend in order to help the business take proactive decisions.• Independently manages communication with third parties (insurance companies, counsel, adjusting firms, claimants, claimant representatives, etc.) to progress claim files forward in a timely manner. • Performing analytics against healthcare data to support client initiatives using SQL-based programming tools.• Develop reports that adhered to all healthcare quality standards.
