Sports… is what I breathe. Whether I’m coaching the middle school basketball team, teaching a cycling class, working out in the gym, or hitting the courts with my team, I’m in my element when surrounded by people in an athletic setting. It’s what gets me up at 5am and what keeps me going throughout the day. What I find so amazing about sports is the joy it brings people.
