Key responsibilities include:- Leading extensive consultations with senior management and the HR community to determine and prioritize immediate and long term HR business and system needs;- Developing transformation roadmap and project proposals, explaining the methodologies, procedures and techniques that will be used to identify and resolve problems and obtain senior management approval to proceed;- Working collaboratively across all HR functions and with external stakeholders to implement key transformation initiatives;- Working with the subject matter experts and leading process improvement initiatives for key HR functions;- Developing change management strategies, plans and associated communication material to enable proficient adoption of new processes, technology and future improvements to Parks Canada HR Service Delivery model.
