I am a highly motivated in dividual that has been employed at Ignitiongroup for the past 15 years currently running a team of 60 employees but prior to lock down had a team of 115 employees. l measure and monitor 5 Brands such as OnAir DSTV, MTN, Vodacom, VAS Live, Standard Bank which in total have 64 campaign splits.I started as a sales agent for a short period, moved to QA as and agent but with in a year at the Ignitiongroup progressed to a Quality Team leader which I did for 3.5years.There after I have been progressed to Quality Assurance Campaign Manger for the past 10+ years.With in my years a a Manager I have manage to run a team with a staff head count of 120 employees, created Scorecards, SOPs, Quality guides, KPI documents and Workflows.I am very passionate about measuring the quality of the business using pivot tables and graphs to distribute my findings throughout the business. I also conducted weekly calibration sessions with internal sales floors and Clients. I have also implemented Support teams that go out into the business to assist with incubation agents and sales support that involves coaching of the Complaince guide to minimize high risk in the business.Over the years I have worked on various systems such as Aqua, Silver surfer, Connex, CT Playback. I have also worked on a voice analytics system such as Nexidia.I am very passionate about learning and exploring new ways of conducting Quality checks through the business.
