BlueStar PLM implementation Project – This project was to select a new PLM software and to migrate all our Technical data and New Product Introduction and Change Control workflows into the application. My role on this was to help identify the system requirements, working with the team, mapping of key data fields, creating new workflows validating data and functionality after final migration. I helped in creating training material and conducted user acceptance testing prior to go-live. Participated in daily project status meetings to communicate overall progress to meet our schedule. The project was completed on time and under budget.BlueStar PLM Project - Phase II – This project implemented the data migration of our ISO document control procedures, our Quality Manual and migration of our CAD data. My role on this project was to create the Project Charter, identify the team and layout roles and responsibilities for each member. I set up a change control board to track, prioritize and approve issues and managed the budget for implementing any changes to be made by the vendor. The Phase II project was completed on time and within budget and the team was taken out to the movies to celebrate a job well done.BlueStar PLM Project - Phase III - This Pilot Project is currently underway to roll out a solution to the Shop Floor to have a easy viewing solution for all Manufacturing and Product related technical data using the BlueStar Explorer Viewer application. I am currently the lead on this project and in process of getting the Project Charter approved and identifying requirements. The team has been identified and are currently working on their assigned tasks and priorities to deliver this solution to selected operational areas and machines.

Microsoft Dynamics implementation (Items, BOMs & Routes) – Lead the Configuration team at 6 sites for data migration into AX 2012. My role on this project was to work with my team to identify the required fields for migration. Once the fields were identified and the data was migrated the team was responsible to validate and update the data. I participated in the daily project status meetings to communicate our progress and to make sure we were on schedule. Along with setting up the new system, the team continued dual data entry to the systems until the time of the AX go-live date a year later.

Drawing Migration and Electronic Change Management Project – This project was to scan our current drawing files into PDFs and create an electronic change management workflow in our PLM system to manage those files. I created a project charter to determine project scope, gather requirements and identify the resources. I tracked the project progress with weekly team meetings to insure that it was on schedule. My end goal provided an improved level of governance, discipline and control for all engineering drawings along with creating a central repository of current and historical data.

Quality Management System (QMS) SharePoint Solution – This project implemented an online Quality Management System. The planning for this solution was based on ISO certification. My role was determining the project scope and gathering requirements to ensure proper control and access provided to all employees. I worked with resources from our site and other site locations to gain an overall knowledge and assistance to build our companies ISO document control SharePoint site. I delivered a presentation on how to navigate the site, along with creating a procedure for the document control process.

• 105MM and 120MM Rounds – Provide Configuration/Data Management (CM/DM) support for all the Tank Ammunition Programs, support proposal activity as well as support Teamcenter Enterprise Activities. (1997 – Current)• M829A3 – Assisted on the development of CITIS (Teamcenter Enterprise) system for this program and now continue to perform Teamcenter administration activities for M829A3. Perform Configuration Management activities within the Teamcenter Lifecycles that have been established for sign off and review of the Technical Data Package maintained and controlled within the tool. (1999 – Current)
