- Managed, analyzed and reported on human capital data for 23 Latin American countries and over 70,000 employees in areas such as Headcount, Attrition, Staffing, Talent, Performance, Learning, and Compensation- Designed, developed, and maintained both standard and ad hoc reports by leveraging data from Citi’s various internally-developed HR Reporting Applications- Analyzed and identified patterns and trends in human capital data to communicate to business partners and senior management- Partnered with both Finance and other global, regional, and country HR teams to ensure data and reports were accurate, aligned, and met globally agreed standards - Supported internal HR reporting technology platforms including troubleshooting and data quality monitoring
