I have experience as a Division One college athlete and am strong believer in teamwork, innovation, discipline and transformational leadership. Certified in BLS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, Bone Marrow Stem Cell Transplant and Oncology via the ONS/ONCC. In the product space I have learned the importance of lessons through failure, the creativity and thought behind remaining lean in agile practices and not being too scared to simply try and iterate.While I did not follow the typical path to Product Management, I believe that is what makes myself and my adventure to arriving in my role both unique and special. I have worked in healthcare for over a decade as a bedside R.N. specifically focused on caring for the hematologic and oncologic patient population. With a direct focus on Bone Marrow Stem Cell Transplant and hematology, I began realizing how critical evidence-based research, clinical trials and real world data are to bringing clarity to the care and outcomes for patients. It unlocked the question of, "How can we best leverage what we practice and implement today to influence what we do tomorrow and years to come?
