I had the opportunity to work with employers and individuals to assess training needs, design, develop, deliver, and evaluate computer software training. While working to increase organizational and individual effectiveness, I interacted with a diverse group of individuals including Human Resource professionals at large corporations, small business owners, employees, job-seekers, community volunteers, hobbyists, or anyone interested in acquiring new Information Technology skills.
