For 8 years, Ms. Lau wore two hats, CEO of Terrybear and CEO of River of Goods. She split her time equally between companies and prioritized her time to focus on strategic leadership matters, enabling her team to manage daily operations. Currently, Ms. Lau is President and CEO of Terrybear Urns and Memorials. She instilled a Lean and Continuous Improvement mentality throughout the company resulting in substantial efficiency improvements. Ms. Lau has delivered outstanding financial performance in her companies - more than tripled revenue and 6x EBITDA.
