Responsibilities: Leading end-to-end budgets, employee relations and HR administration functions encompassing disciplinary & grievance, payroll coordination. Manage the procedure of employment contracts, medical tests, visa and labor cards, occupational health cards renewals and end formalities. Liaise with the Insurance companies and handle employee insurance cards, renewal, cancellation and updating procedures. Planning and contributing in conducting employee engagement programs for the staff. Maintaining proper controls to ensure business is compliant with UAE immigration & labor guidelines. Assessing the cases of unauthorized absenteeism, negligence, gross misconduct and planning suitable disciplinary actions through verbal counselling, written cautioning and warning. Organizing employee engagements & welfare programs and ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances.
