• Supervised the South Sudan Red Cross (SSRC) in the final year of the Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) Project by providing technical assistance on project priorities and implementation, revising workplans and budgets, enhancing monitoring and reporting systems, and conducting trainings to build the capacity of the health, WASH, and PMER teams in Kuajok and Jubao The $20M CAD, 5-year MNCH project is funded by Global Affairs Canada to improve maternal and newborn mortality through 5 main initiatives: Integrated Community Case Management, Health Promotion, Medical Outreach, Epidemic Control, and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) activities. The project reached around 250,000 beneficiaries in Warrap State and employed over 2,000 community members in various roles with regular trainings and support from SSRC and CRC.• Analyzed data from the field, using Kobo and Excel, and compiled monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports for the South Sudan Ministry of Health, CRC Headquarters and Global Affairs Canada• Supervised external consultants for end-line evaluation; developed knowledge management and reporting tools, and provided technical assistance to SSRC staff in results-based management
