CofundadorHack Grrrl Mar 2019 - PresentRecife E RegiĂŁo, BrasilCofounded the first hackathon with female majority in the city of Recife, Hack Grrrl, to increase the participation of woman in hackathons and technology. The event was 48 hours long on Apolo 235 and had 231 entries - where 96 of the 132 entries for the position of programmer were made by women. We had 26 participants from the 35 places provided and - after the event - when asked if they want to participate in another hackathon, 73.1% said "Yes", while 23.1% said "Maybe". The event appeared at the local version of the largest broadcaster in the country (Rede Globo), increasing the positive impact of the event.
