(Not much of a) spoiler alert: I love writing. And this is what I've been doing since... forever. Not literally day 1, although not much later either, as I recall scribbling abstract poems in all-caps at the age of 3.I've been cultivating my poetic urge since 2004 - as a songwriter, I've penned over 200 songs in both Romanian and English. Consequently, I've ventured into the copywriting realm, as well as explored more niche areas, such as contributing op-eds to an underground cultural magazine, creating meaningful rhymes for special moments, and music video scriptwriting.Officially a copywriter since 2013, I've written it all, ATL, BTL, and TTL: from digital and traditional copy (banners, flyers, newsletters, social media posts, ads, jingles, website content), press releases, and advertorials to email templates, product descriptions, presentations, and SEO-optimized articles on various subjects - everything in both Romanian and English.Yet, my specialty and main focus is wordplay. As of 2019, I've positioned myself primarily as a slogan/tagline creator, delivering witty one-liners to companies all around the world. I usually write AND use my voice to illustrate what I've written. But when I put my pen (actually, my laptop) away, I am still willing to use my voice. One cannot love and practise writing without being fond of reading. Yet, grammar or consistency errors might occur and take away from a great read's impact. Even the most well-researched and exhaustive bodies of work may lose credibility, thus readers, if presented in a less professional manner. This is where I enter the scene and put my keen eye for detail to work, making sure that won't happen. So far, I've revised over 150 books, including novels, encyclopedias, dictionaries, children's books, lifestyle and motivational series, but most of my work revolves around my absolute favorite fields - psychology and psychiatry.

(Auto)Evolution fueled my ambition. Okay, I'll stop with the car puns, it must drive you crazy already. Oops.On a serious note, though: I joined a wonderful team of numerous writers and contributors covering everything automotive and beyond – cars, motorcycles, bikes, RVs, aircraft, boats, gadgets & apps, video games, motorsports, auctions, restorations, renderings, and even celebrity-related news on said topics. From news pieces to in-depth articles and test drives, Autoevolution keeps readers worldwide up-to-date 24/7, and my job was to make sure that the info is valid, accurate, and grammatically correct. Additionally, I was in charge with translating test drives/car reviews.Because, since I already rap, watch soccer, and get along great with guys, the automotive industry seemed like quite the right path, if you catch my drift. Yeah, I guess I'm on a roll with these puns.Unfortunately, the journey came to an end pretty quickly due to internal reorganization, which resulted in Copy Editor positions being terminated.

I love reading. Especially psychology books, which is exactly what I'm in charge of within the Introspectiv imprint at Editura Litera. I put my great attention to detail, as well as my extended command of Romanian and English languages to work, handling in-depth proofreading, alongside editing interventions with a timely turnaround.Most of the books I've worked on so far are yet to be published.

Still in the music industry, but this time behind the scenes. During this almost 2-year period spent at the leading booking agency in Romania, I have written various press releases in both Romanian and English (which were published nationally and internationally), as well as artist presentations and descriptions.I also managed and contributed to an extensive database of international music industry contacts, communicated with international managers, booking agents, event organizers, club owners, and journalists, while keeping all our social media platforms up to date on the daily.

Following the invitation of a long-time music collaborator, this was my first official songwriting experience for artists other than myself. I wrote lyrics, came up with concepts during brainstormings, and recorded some vocal references/demos for several songs which were later pitched to major record labels.

Combining writing and fashion, along with a friendly working environment where we mostly spoke English (due to the fact that the CEO was from the U.S.), this was another professional experience I enjoyed, as I was allowed to let my creativity unfold and develop.moBuy was an online clothing shop where I was in charge with writing blog posts, daily newsletter content, collections and product descriptions, and more. I also handled our social media presence and email communication.

Started out writing short and witty copy for Facebook Ads and Google AdWords, as well as social media content promoting the company's products: custom phone cases, stickers and accessories for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and any other electronic device you could ever think of adding a personal touch to.I then kept going coordinating the creative department by setting new product categories and collections, as well as managing the campaigns around them, while maintaining my copywriting input.

A small start-up full service advertising company, AdVE has provided competitive content for various clients and, for 2 years, I was in charge with what required writing. From website content, flyers and leaflets, slogans, company and product descriptions, SEO-friendly Facebook ads and Google AdWords all the way to daily social media posts, event descriptions, and press releases, I've done them all.Proudly wrote for clients in fields such as furniture and home accessories, television, restaurants, nightclubs, spa & wellness, sports, cake shops, and event planning.

Suburban Magazine was a quality underground culture niche-oriented online publication. As an independent music artist, I was offered a guest spot to air my thoughts and anything else that was transcending my mind and soul through my finger tips, by publishing editorials. Unfortunately, the website is no longer online. I might still have the drafts somewhere on my old laptop, though :)

There's a lot to say here, but, as I'm a 100% creative-driven individual, I'll just say sales/commerce was a field I had to try in order to once again remind myself how much I love freelance and writing. And freelance writing.Long story short: I coordinated a team consisting of several merchandisers and was assigned a chocolate brand and a continuously-expanding network of (hundreds of) supermarkets, around 300 small neighborhood stores, as well as 6 key accounts/hypermarkets throughout Bucharest. I was in charge with visiting all of them weekly and making sure the brand was properly displayed on the shelves, that each location was properly supplied, that the merchandisers were doing their job accordingly, all of these while maintaining a good working collaboration with the store managers.

I've been loving graffiti even before it was cool and mainstream. This job allowed me to get back in touch with my first artistic efforts I'd had during my teenage years. As a Colors Shop employee, I would sit behind the counter, counseling "normal citizens" or episodic buyers regarding the most appropriate products for their needs, as well as advising people in the Advertising industry and helping visual artists restock their paint supplies. We also had music CDs, urban gear, sneakers and niche literature, albums, and blackbooks.Apart from that, I also contributed to planning/conceptualizing several urban art local events and handled the company's social media presence and email communication.

A meaningful and productive experience. For almost 3 years, I worked as an independent translator/interpreter for numerous international companies participating in fairs, exhibitions and conferences in Bucharest.Consequently, I had the opportunity to expand my knowledge regarding many different cultures and industries. I have collaborated with companies from the U.S., Germany, France, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria, India, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Japan, Taiwan, and China.

My first ever (part-time) job. Started out while still in high-school (11th grade).Apart from the main duty of hosting daily Ronald McDonald-themed parties, additional tasks included managing appointments, coordinating the lobby crew members, and conducting research regarding costumers' ratings and overall experience within our restaurant.
