Secretary for Learning Package 3: Professional Development (LP3)• To take attendances, prepare meeting minutes and meeting agendas, all documentation pertaining LP3 under the programme.• Booking of meeting venues.• Email and other forms of communication to all stakeholders.• To ensure the accountability of roles and responsibilities of all SHINE Ambassadors.• To keep track of KPIs and key deliverables. • Post-mortem reports for all events under the SHINE Award Programme.• Any other ad-hoc related matters.
