I am bilingual and culturally literate, I entered the workforce shortly after completing my Hospitality Administration degree in India from International Institute of Hotel Management. Swiftly adapting to the kitchen environment, I engaged in food preparation and line cooking from day one. Soon, I became a versatile presence behind the counter, taking on additional responsibilities such as cleaning the dining area, serving orders, and handling dishwashing duties.During my internship, I had the opportunity to explore various divisions within a hotel, gaining exposure to all its departments. My professional journey includes diverse roles in kitchen service operations, spanning both hotel and restaurant. I have always enjoyed working with food, interacting with guests, and gaining industry insights from an insider's perspective. Throughout my years of experience, positive feedback from customers and fellow cooks has affirmed my talents and evident passion for the culinary arts.Initiating formal culinary training at the age of 19 at International Institute of Hotel Management marked a significant step in my career. Apprenticing under four different red seal chefs during my time at the Humber college broadened my understanding of the food industry.
