CurrentAs quality assurance engineer in Kunshan qtech microelectronucs India Pvt. Ltd. I handled all the issues in the incoming materials and customers ends provide the growth to company by intellectual thinking, hardworking nature, innovative ideas. I always performs best as per my knowledge and ideas. I also works on reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities. I also worked as IPQC and having the knowledge of handling the processes at the lines. I also having a skills in implementing the changes in the quality processes to goods. Tools used during any work are CAPA, KAIZEN, 8D REPORTS PDCA, 5W2H, 5S, QUALITY AUDITS(PROCESS & PRODUCT), CTQ, 6M. These will provide a growth to the factory product quality.
