Handled approximately 1,500,000 lbs. of air cargo per month and was given outstanding performance review for results.•Completed restructure of Hawaii airport operations, a wide body focus city of Continental Airlines. Reduced labor and facilities expenses by over $1,000,000 a year while improving performance in the areas of aircraft cleanliness, on time performance, customer service and safety.•Overhauled struggling Customer Service operations in Guam by eliminating a large thief ring and improving efficiency of check-in and flight dispatch performance. Was given outstanding performance review and promoted.•Developed and roll out new payroll system for Express Jet Airlines. Created IT working documents for programmers, developed training curriculum and field tested new system.
