My role challenges me to deepen my end-to-end product knowledge, refine the product development process, and make data-driven decisions that drive success. I’ve also spearheaded the creation of a digital platform that’s set to revolutionize how we conduct business and enhance customer service.My career journey has been fueled by ambition, humility, and a commitment to lifelong learning. From a young age, I recognized my leadership potential, though I wasn’t sure where it would take me. I dreamed of being everything—an astronaut, athlete, actor, archaeologist, zoologist, and businessman—all rolled into one.I earned a full-ride scholarship to the University of Louisville, where I received my BSBA in Marketing and Communications. Afterward, I joined the ACCEL Management Development Program, quickly advancing to Assistant Branch Manager and leading significant growth across Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.Eager to return to my marketing roots, I pursued an MBA in Marketing at Xavier University. During my internship at Bayer Consumer Health, I developed a comprehensive eCommerce strategy for Alka Seltzer-Plus. After graduation, I moved to Memphis and swiftly rose in global product management, leading innovative medical device marketing and surgical synergy initiatives. At Transnetyx, I launched five major products and revitalized marketing and sales within a year.My three biggest superpowers are Visionary Leadership, Connector, and Strategic Thinking.
